Terms of use

Using the app

3-2-1 Meditate provides guided meditation and reflection recordings for general wellness and personal use. You may use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app store terms.

Not medical advice

The app is not medical, mental-health, or emergency care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Stop an exercise if it causes discomfort and seek qualified professional or emergency help when appropriate.

Content and availability

We may update, improve, or remove practices and website content. The app is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every exercise is suitable for every person or situation.

Free practices and full-library purchase

Ten practices are available without purchase. The current library contains 100+ practices. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the full library on devices using the same store account. The purchase is not a subscription and does not transfer between Apple and Google because the app has no cross-platform account. The price shown by your app store applies to your purchase.

Apple purchases may be shared through Apple Family Sharing when available. Google Play in-app purchases are buyer-only and are not shared through Google Family Library. Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling or changing devices.

Refunds and revoked purchases

Apple or Google processes payment and any refund request under its store terms. Access may be removed when the store confirms that a purchase was refunded, revoked, or is no longer owned.

Privacy and deletion

Read our privacy policy for information about usage measurement and data handling. You can submit a data-deletion request without an account. Sending a request does not itself cancel or refund an app-store purchase.
