Data on your device
Use your device’s app-storage controls to remove downloaded audio and local app data. Deleting the app does not delete server-held records, app-store purchase history, or necessarily all operating-system-secured purchase information. Reset analytics identity in the app changes future measurement identity; it does not erase previously received events.
Data held by our service
We can review requests concerning first-party analytics and information you have sent to support. Listening is anonymous: your email alone may not identify records linked to a random app-install or temporary web-visit identifier. If you already know an analytics identifier, you may include it below. Do not create an account or send identity documents just to submit this form.
Apple, Google and Meta handle data they receive under their own policies. This form does not automatically remove their records, cancel a purchase, or delete data from your device.
